So let’s just wrap up this 30-day challenge already. I started in January, and that was way more than 30 days ago. So, here are the remaining posts:
Day 25: The reason you believe you’re still alive today
Because that’s the way it’s meant to be.
Day 26: Have you ever thought about giving up on life? If so, when and why?
Nope.
Day 27: What’s the best thing going for you right now?
Well, I’m still relatively young (despite being told I’m no spring chicken) and I have a good job that pays enough for me to have my own place & space, as well as have some fun and travel. I feel like I have a lot of opportunities ahead of me, and the past 5 or 6 years of working and making connections is starting to really pay off. So, in danger of sounding stupidly optimistic (last time I expressed my optimism it went burning down in flames shortly afterwards), I think I’m in a pretty good place in my life. And that’s what I have going for me.
Day 28: What if you were pregnant or got someone pregnant, what would you do?
I would deal with it. Unless I got someone pregnant, then I’d probably freak out.
Day 29: Something you hope to change about yourself. And why.
I hope to become a little bit more patient. Lately I feel like I get too worked up and frantic too often. I just want to be able to deal with incompetent drivers, inconsiderate people and other everyday frustrations without spiralling into a blind rage.
Day 30: A letter to yourself, tell yourself EVERYTHING you love about yourself
Dear Me,
Where do I begin? So much to cover in so little space…. What I love about me:
- I’m a hard worker, and I don’t mind putting in the time & effort to get things done
- I’m creative
- I’m a good friend & a compassionate person
- I go after what I want
- I’m passionate and genuine
- I never want to stop learning
- I’m impulsive – just enough
- I’m supportive of others
I could go on, but people might think we’re vain if I did.
Sincerely,
Me
And that, my friends, was the 30-day challenge! Hope you enjoyed learning a little more about me!
