This month’s COLLABO music industry networking event honors Black Music Month and will feature a great line up of Chicago’s top talent managers and bookers. Come out Wednesday night to get a dose of knowledge from:

• Coleen Spapperi, President of Starsounds Inc. This woman is connected with the Chicago music scene! She has more than 20 years experience working in just about every facet of music from DJ’ing, to working for labels (Universal Music Group, MCA, Geffen, DGC, Motown, GRP records), to working directly with artists. She currently manages NorthRock 360, Orville Kline, Villaran, and TrainWreck Symphony. I’ve personally worked with her and not only is she super smart, but a great person to know!
• Deidre Turner of Elise Management. Entertainment manager and consultant, she counts Ben One as a client.
• Freddie Baez, National Director of Events at GTM Inc. He has booked a multitude of artists and DJs over the years with major brands such Tanqeray, Crown Royal, Baileys, Smirnoff and BET’s Masters of the Mix Show.
