My friend Roy invited a few of us over for dinner the other week. Little did I know what a classy affair it was going to be. Roy ended up cooking lobsters! I’ve only started eating lobster in the past couple years, so I was a little nervous. We started off with eight live lobsters, and 20 minutes later the creatures were ready for eating. Yes – Roy got us each two lobsters! Is that luxury or what?
I have to admit, it was sad to watch the lobsters meet their deaths in a big pot of steaming water, but at least they didn’t make any noises. They went quietly.
Thankfully Roy took lead on ripping the lobsters apart for us, and all we needed was some butter and potatoes to complete a delish dinner.
