We all know that being domestic is not my strong point, but I randomly started getting Food & Wine Magazine recently. Not sure when or where I might have signed up for that, but in the meantime, I decided to try out a recipe. Now, if you read Food & Wine, you know that a lot of those recipes are quite fancy, so I opted for a simple-to-prepare appetizer. Although the recipe said it would only take about 10 minutes to prepare, it actually took me over an hour. In my defense, I did take a pretty long phone call mid-way through.
Here’s the full recipe on F&W’s website, but I can say I really liked these. I like polenta in the first place, and let’s face it, pretty much everything tastes better when you toss it in bread crumbs and pan fry it. Plus, I love olives, so I also love tapenades. Lastly, I’m convinced that radishes are the new “in” thing.
That looks awesome! And when I make new recipies it always takes me three times as long too 🙂
