I’ve been meaning to check out Puesto Sandwich Stand for awhile, and finally stopped in to taste the restaurant’s arepas. The menu was full of delicious-sounding hot sandwiches, small plates and desserts. But I had to go with a pulled pork and guacamole arepa, an elote cup and a cafe con leche. Everything tasted divine!

I also absolutely loved the decor. The vividly-painted walls, the ingredients stacked on rustic shelves and the soon-to-open patio, which looks like it will be the perfect place to spend a quiet summer evening.
